NightRide Thermal cameras are built to last and backed by our commitment to quality. We offer a 36-month limited factory warranty on all units—plus the option to extend coverage at an additional fee.
Standard Warranty Coverage (New Products)
- Coverage Period: 36 months from date of purchase
- What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Support Included: U.S.-based technical assistance by phone or email
- The warranty is transferable with a proof of purchase and serial number.
Warranty for Refurbished Products
- Coverage Period: 12 months from the date of purchase
- What’s Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Support Included: U.S.-based technical assistance by phone or email
Optional Extended Warranty
- Available for purchase separately
- Extends product protection beyond the standard 3 years
- Covers parts and technical support

What’s Not Covered
- Installation labor or service fees
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from improper installation
- Consequential damages related to loss of use
- Repairs done by non-NightRide authorized technicians

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied. NightRide makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NightRide’s maximum liability under this agreement shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question. NightRide reserves the sole right to determine whether a product is defective in materials or workmanship.
